Got Questions?
Yes. 36 Acres is a bring-your-own-vendor venue. We have a list of preferred local caterers and vendors available upon request, but you're welcome to work with anyone you choose.
All bookings include contingency planning. The Barn and House can accommodate rain plans for outdoor-focused events. We'll work with you in advance to ensure your event is seamless regardless of weather.
The property features ample on-site parking for guests. For larger events (150+), we recommend a designated parking attendant or shuttle service, which we can help coordinate.
Out of respect for neighbors and local ordinances, amplified sound must conclude by 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. Our team will provide full guidelines with your booking confirmation.
