The Hall & The Grounds
The Hall
More than 30,000 square feet, two floors, and room for the whole night. The Hall is the indoor half of 36 Acres. Ceilings climb two full stories over exposed wood beams, custom stained glass rises behind a full performance stage, and an upper level looks out across the main floor below. Two bars on each floor to keep service moving, including a full kitchen and lounge area ideal for catering, and private getting-ready suites open off the lower level. With more than 30,000 square feet across two floors, The Hall welcomes up to 250 guests and carries a wedding reception, a live concert, a corporate session, or a milestone celebration with equal ease. The stage is ready for a band, a DJ, or a speaker. The room is yours to design exactly how you want it.

The Grounds
A pond at the center of the property, a quiet stand of woods, a fire pit gathering area, an outdoor kitchen, and sunset views across open countryside. Retreats, parties, shoots, ceremonies, The Grounds handle all of it for up to 250 guests. The Hall sits just steps away as your weather plan, so an outdoor date never has to be a gamble. Bring your own vendors and shape the day exactly how you picture it.

The Pool
A resort-style pool with a rock waterfall, a thatched cabana bar, and a fire pit alongside. It works as its own event or as one part of a longer day: a pool party, a company social, a cocktail hour, or somewhere for guests to cool off between the ceremony and dinner. Available to rent on its own or as an add-on to either space.

Guest Policies
Welcome to 36 Acres. To keep your event safe, beautiful, and effortless, please share these simple guidelines with your guests. Hosts and planners are welcome to include this on your invitation.
Entry & Guest List
- Invitations are managed through Eventbrite. Every guest receives a unique QR code.
- Your QR code is scanned at the gate. Please have it ready on your phone or printed.
- Only invited guests on the list are admitted. Anyone not on the list will not be allowed through the gates.
Drinks & Containers
- No glass. No glasses or dishes that can break.
- No alcohol or beer in glass containers.
- Plastic and cans only, please.
At the Pool
- Swim at your own risk. No water safety supervision is provided. A lifeguard can be arranged at the client's expense.
- A responsible adult must supervise any child under 16 at all times.
- Anyone who chooses to swim after drinking does so at their own risk.
- No glass, no diving except where marked, keep the gate closed, no running.
Respect the Estate
- 36 Acres is a private luxury estate. Please treat it with care.
- The property is monitored by security cameras.
- No smoking or vaping except in designated outdoor areas.
- No illegal drugs, weapons, or firearms.
Décor & Property
- No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, silly string, or loose petals.
- No tape, nails, screws, or staples on any surface.
- Please help keep the venue beautiful for everyone.
Timing & Comfort
- Amplified music ends at 11:00 PM.
- Park only in designated areas. Shuttles are recommended for larger events.
- In an emergency, call 911. 36 Acres does not provide medical staff.

Before You Ask
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. 36 Acres is a bring-your-own-vendor venue. We have a list of preferred local caterers and vendors available upon request, but you are welcome to work with anyone you choose.
What's the rain plan for outdoor events?
All bookings include contingency planning. The Hall can accommodate rain plans for outdoor-focused events. We will work with you in advance to ensure your event is seamless regardless of weather.
How does parking work?
The property features ample on-site parking for guests. For larger events (150+), we recommend a designated parking attendant or shuttle service, which we can help coordinate.
Are there noise restrictions?
Out of respect for neighbors and local ordinances, amplified sound must conclude by 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. Our team will provide full guidelines with your booking confirmation.

How do we reserve a date?
A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date, with a full payment schedule provided at booking.
