Some nights call for a stage. Some call for open sky. The Hall and The Grounds hold up to 250 guests for concerts, receptions, quinceaneras, company retreats, graduation parties, and every night in between, with the privacy, beauty, and space to match.

Bring your own caterer, your own florist, your own band, and design the space however you want it. More than 30,000 square feet indoors across two floors, a full performance stage, two bars, and a working kitchen. Outdoors, the pond, the woods, a fire pit, and a sunset worth planning around. The bones are extraordinary. The rest is yours.

Corporate & Holiday Parties

Bring your leadership team, department, or whole company somewhere they'll actually remember. The Hall hosts working sessions, presentations, and dinners; the resort pool, fire pit, and sunset views give everyone room to decompress and connect. Bring your own caterers and vendors, the day is yours to shape. Celebrations of Life

A celebration of life is not an event anyone plans to host, so the goal is to make the space simple to use: the hall for a gathering indoors, the grounds outside for something quieter. On-site parking and guest bathrooms are included, and you are welcome to bring your own caterer, florist, or officiant rather than work from a preferred-vendor list.

Bridal & Baby Showers

Showers are hosted across the grounds for gatherings up to 50 to 75 guests. Download the pricing packet for current rates.The grounds give a shower somewhere to happen outside of a living room, with the pond and the fire pit as a backdrop, without needing the scale of a full wedding collection.

Graduation Parties

A graduation party gets four hours to gather family and friends before everyone scatters for the summer. Download the pricing packet for current rates. Book the hall for an indoor party or the grounds for something more casual outside.

Pool Parties

The resort-style pool, with its rock waterfall, cabana bar, and fire pit alongside, is booked privately for your group rather than shared. It works on its own for a summer party or a company social, or as one part of a longer day on the property.

Reunions & Birthdays

Concerts & Private Events

A single level of the Hall, upstairs or downstairs. Outdoor areas available for an additional fee. Concert and private-event bookings — inquire for pricing, with outdoor areas available for an additional fee. The performance stage in the hall is built for a live band or a full DJ setup either way.

Yes. The Hall, The Grounds, and The Pool are booked for quinceaneras, corporate events and retreats, celebrations of life, showers, graduation parties, reunions, birthdays, concerts, and other private events, in addition to weddings.

What does a private event cost?

Download the pricing packet for current rates on corporate, retreat, gala, fundraiser, holiday party, and networking bookings, as well as smaller events and sessions.

Can we book just one space, like the Hall or the Pool, for a smaller event?

Yes. The Hall and The Grounds can be booked individually or combined. The Pool is booked separately, for corporate socials and pool parties.

Can I bring my own caterer and vendors for a non-wedding event?

Yes. 36 Acres is a bring-your-own-vendor venue for every event type. We can share a list of preferred local vendors on request, but you are welcome to work with anyone you choose.
